We test PP pipe extrusion line for film coil

we test PP short pipe extrusion line for film coil. It is used for making short PP pipes to coil the films. This PP pipe line is designed for one big film factory. To reduce the cost, the rare material is recycled PP material and the pipe-wall thickness is very thin.

This line is composed by SJ75 single screw extruder, pipe mould, vacuum cooling tank, spraying cooling tank, three caterpillar haul-off machine, no-dust cutter, stacker. It can produce short PP pipes with diameter of 75mm, 90mm, 110mm, 160mm. Below some pictures of testing:
