16-63mm PVC electric conduit double pipe production line

This pipe line is widely used to produce small PVC pipes with size 16mm, 20mm, 25mm, 32mm, 40mm, 50mm, 63mm, and the main application of these small pipes is for PVC electrics. With dual outlet extrusion, it can produce two pipes at one time. It will largely improve the output and the max outlet could be 20m/min.

The extruder adopt conic twin screw extruder which is suitable for both PVC powder and granules. The barrel heat use aluminum heater with stainless steel cover with air cooling. The gearbox use Jiangyin gearbox which is top quality in China. With CPVC screw&barrel, it can also produce CPVC pipes. The motor adopt Siemens standard motor and inverter adopt ABB brand. The control system could be siemens PLC control or botton control.

The vacuum calibration tank has two vacuum chamber and one spraying chamber. There is two vacuum pump, three water pump for this unit. There is temperature control system for the cooling water.

The haul-off unit equipped meter coder to count the pipe length during production and the cutting system is control by PLC. We can also supply the online double pipe socking machine after cutter. 

The printer for this PVC double pipe line could be simple roller printer or Jet printer. For jet printer we only provide Videojet printer and EBS jet printer.
