TPU, TPR, EVA PVC plastic high precision medical tube pneumatic pipe extrusion line

This line is main used for producing of all different kinds of small high precise and efficient soft tubes. With different mold and screw, it can produce PVC medical tube, PU pneumatic pipe, soft PP/PE/PFA pipe.

This line is composed by high precise and efficient extruder→high precision mold for PVC/PU/PE/PP/FEP/PFA material→High efficient stainless steel water cooling and vacuum cooling tank→Auto high Speed 2-wheel type Haul-off Puller→Auto high precise fixed-length cutter →Auto high efficient final product air-blowing and stacking unit

The main extruder adopts AC motor, hardened gear box drive to ensure the energy saving production, smooth operation and quiet as well as long service life. High-end temperature control configuration system, temperature control accuracy of ± 1.5°C to ensure the roundness/dimensional accuracy of the pipe.German Siemens or Japan Mutsubishi PLC controlling technology and system, human-computer interface system or on-line automatic measuring meter, automatic feedback automatic adjustment system.

The Core rods and die are made of S136 /3Cr17 mold steel material, which ensures the inner flow surface glossiness and anti-corrosion, structure of molds adopts high pressure volumetric type, can provide stable  extrusion for the tube material with tiny fluctuation. The haul-off unit adopts SIEMENS or MITSUBISHI servo motor which guarantee very accurate size.
